Description:

Aquatint depicting the Atlantic wreckfish (Polyprion americanus, a fish in the family Polyprionidae. It is usually found in the ocean at depths between 328 and 656 ft (100 to 200 m) although its range extends to between 130 and 2,000 ft (40 to 600 m). Adults live in rocks and shipwrecks and feed on large crustaceans and cephalopods.
