Description:

Armadillos are mammals in the family Chlamyphoridae, mostly found in the tropical regions of the Americas. Their most distinctive feature is the carapace that partly covers the body. The species shown in the picture is probably a pink fairy armadillo.

The caption reads in the original French: chlamyphore.
