Seat Drama

A coach is seen from above, as is from the window of an apartment, while the driver has a heated argument with a passenger leaning out of the window, and raises his whip. A woman pokes her head out of the window on the other side, seemingly calling for help to a man standing in the middle of the street, who looks the other way.
