Decoration from the Alhambra, with geometric motifs, calligraphy, and interlace. The author comments on this plate as follows:
The ground of these ornaments is light blue in the broad parts, and red in the narrow parts. The inscriptions in Cufic characters are,
Glory to our Lord the Sultān, Abū Abdillāh.
