Description:

A man sits at a table outside a restaurant with five wolves. The wolves have their mouths open wide, fangs showing as though they are howling, while one of them stands up with its arms thrust upward toward a sign that reads "The Devourers' Rendez-vous."

The caption reads in the original French: Il faut hurler avec les loups. This proverb has an English equivalent in You have to run with the pack.
