Aquatint depicting the Atlantic wreckfish (Polyprion americanus) in side view, facing left. The species belongs to the family Polyprionidae and is typically found at depths of 328-656 ft (100-200 m), though its range extends from 130 to 2,000 ft (40-600 m). Adults inhabit rocky areas and shipwrecks, feeding on large crustaceans and cephalopods.
