Description:

Codiaeum variegatum, also known as garden croton is an evergreen shrub in the family Euphorbiaceae. It has thick and glossy leaves, which can be variegated with white, orange, or red, in addition to the yellow and green example shown in the above picture. Most parts of the plant, including bark and leaves, are poisonous.
