Description
A queen and a king, surrounded with ornamental branches and foliage, have been struck by sleep in the midst of their daily activities, one still holding a shoe, the other a tankard.
The caption reads in the original German:
Und in der Hand den vollen Becher,
plötzlich entschläft der fürstliche Zecher.
