Description
View of the apse of Nidaros Cathedral located in Trondheim, Norway. The building of the present edifice spanned the 12th and 14th centuries. The severe damage it suffered through the years, particularly from fire, called for a reconstruction campaign which started in 1869 and ended in 2001.
The caption reads in the original French: L’abside de l’église de Drontheim. Norvège.
