Description
Sports are represented in a series of drawings showing a group of men in military attire marching in the country, women in a gymnasium sitting on a swing or lifting weights, a horse’s head, and a bicycle.
The title reads in the original French: Les sports.
Various techniques were used in this book to reproduce the original illustrations by Paul Avril, including heliogravure and chromotypographic processes.
